I have been a "Coach" with Team Beach Body for months now. I joined because I really needed help when it came to getting fit. With Team Beach Body you get amazing discounts on vitamins, P90X, Insanity, Hip Hop Abs and all of Beach Body's amazing products. I am sure you have seen our infomercials. Which is exciting enough in itself.
Once I realized the power of Team Beach Body I was amazed. You have an online system that helps keep you motivated. You can invite other Team Beach Body members to work out with you in WOWY. This is where you can invite someone to work out the same time you are working out. It is the best online weight loss community out there that I have ever seen. I have made a lot of great long term friends because of Team Beach Body.
In addition Team Beach Body offers advice in nutrition, vitamins, work out routines and so much more. Its so much better than any weight loss company out there that expects you to eat frozen foods for the rest of your life. I know I have tried that myself plus Team Beach Body is so much less expensive. You don't even have to join a Gym. Don't get me wrong its not all about losing weight either. Its about getting in the best physical shape of your life.
Lastly, to all the parents out there we need to be examples when it comes to getting fit. We need to be active in our children's lives. I am still in the process of reaching my goals. I joined then lost my focus for a while and now I am back!
Team Beach Body will never lose their focus. They are stable and strong.

You can join as a "member" or "coach." My advice is to join as a "coach" because your discounts are bigger and you have the opportunity to earn money if you want to. You have more of an advantage this way because people will be asking how you are losing weight, getting fit, etc and this way you can inspire them and help them reach their fitness goals as you are reaching yours.
